"It was our first visit here as we had gotten a free haircut coupon, and I couldn't be happier. Me and my two children (ages 7 and 2) went in to get haircuts today, and the first thing I noticed is that their waiting area is full of (literally) fun toys, a train table, and even a playhouse to entertain the little ones. My daughter was first with her first haircut ever! They evened out her hair in less than 5 minutes and even suggested a way to deal with her dandruff issues that wasn't reliant on harsh dandruff shampoos. They even gave her a toy to play with to keep her quiet and occupied (worked like a charm, no screaming). At the end they gave me a little card with a baggie attached containing her first cut hair, dated and labeled with her name! After hers, my son and I got ours done while my mom watched the baby. They dealt well with his thick, wavy hair and got it to a manageable length and cut, without triggering his mild sensory issues with the clippers. I didn't even need to stand there for moral support like I normally do. During mine, we made decisions together about how to make my thick hair less heavy and hot without losing the length needed to put it up in a ponytail, all while having an easy conversation and joking around like old friends. When it came time to pay, I found out they are cheaper than Great Clips, and that clinched it. I think they have earned a new regular customer. :)__Summary: pleasant, knowledgeable staff; great atmosphere and prices."
