"Shannon did an excellent job with my daughter’s hair! It’s always more than a little intimidating to walk into a new shop, sight unseen, no personal referral and with ethnic hair. Shannon was warm and professional interacting with us, great with her scissors, and ensured follow up customer service if unsatisfied. We will go back to her in the future for any hair care needs. "
